VECCI Fit-Out

Project Overview

Sustainable Access Floor Solutions was engaged for the floor package at the VECCI fit-out in July 2015. Our scope included:

• Supply and installation of CF300-CF106 system to ensure an air-tight sub floor plenum
• Supply and installation of Tate CF450SXH-CF104 system to new comms room
• Removal and re-installation of existing floor for new cable tray installation
• Penetrations for Swirl Diffusers and grommets
• Supply of brush grommets
• Supply and installation of Holyoak Chrome Swirl Diffusers
• Supply and installation of under floor plenum walls and acoustic baffles
• Air-testing of over 20 sub-floor plenums

The short time frame to handover meant programming and labour management played an integral part in completing this project on time.
