SAFS was engaged for the access floor works for this 32-level refurbishment in the historic Queen and Collins Building. Scope ranged from supply and installation of over 6,000m² of access floor, removal and reinstatement for strip out and demolition, and DDA design and installation.
It was all hands on deck for this project, accommodating work across 8 levels at any given time. Since completion, SAFS have gone on to complete over 80% of the fit-outs throughout the building with various clients.
